Answers:
Watermelon should!. It has more juice in it than a lot of fruits!. It's an extremely healthy snack and WILL fill you up! you may also be interested in some Cashews or any nut you like!. Cashews are a little fatty but they have an excellent source of protein which is HEALTHIER than eating smaller portions of nasty food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All too often it seems that when I'm hungry my only healthy choices are a COLD salad or expensive exotic or organic "health-food!." There's a lot of "healthy" frozen TV dinners, but it takes two or three of them to fill me up, which is neither affordable nor healthy!. Your only way is to cook your own food virtually from scratch!. Something I enjoy is a simple roasted dinner that doesn't take very long considering it's going in the oven!. I take a turnip, carrots, broccoli, onions, peppers, and any other cheap vegetable that can be diced easily and won't get soggy in the oven, then put the diced pieces in a bag (usually the produce bag they were in from the store) add just enough olive oil to coat the mixture lightly, add salt, pepper, garlic, and what ever other spices you like, then spread onto a tray and bake 400F for 25 minutes!. I'll often cook a piece of fish (salmon, tilapia, catfish) on the same tray (though maybe only the last 10 minutes)!. The veggies will be cooked but still have a bit of a crunch to them (I hate mush)!. If you like them softer, cook them longer!.

This roasted meal is versatile enough to adapt to just about whatever meat and veg you have in the fridge!. Not quite so well if you only have canned or frozen food!. Makes a great meal 1x or 2x per week and can always taste different!. Ways to vary the meal are limitless, like exchanging the meat for chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, or even sausage!. Sprinkle the veggies with cheese!. Pour a sauce or gravy when done!. Put the mix into a pita bread with sour cream call it a Gyro!.

There are other great meal ideas out there, but you have to find the ones that fit your personal tastes, budget, and schedule!. If nothing else, just eat a smaller portion of your favorite junk food, but use low- or non-fat ingredients and balance the meal with a hefty serving of low-calorie veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am the same!.!.!. So usually I have fruit for snacks and a tuna salad (tuna, beetroot, tuna, carrot, cucumber) on a wholemeal sandwich or as a salad, sometimes replacing the tuna with tofu and topping with pepper and lemon juice!.!.!. Hope that helps :)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
