well i dont eat meat and they are pretty much all i eat!.!.!.i eat about half a jar a day!? are they bad for youWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
no their actually good for you!. They are pretty much cucumbers which is a vegetable although a cucumber doesn't have as many nutrients as some other vegetables,
they are still good!. They also contain vinegar which is also very good for you as well!. It can actually burn up fatty calories in your food and stops carbohydrates from being absorbed!. It can even keep you from getting as hungry later on!. also most pickels contain garlic which is also very good and contains antioxidants, and is actally used to treat and prevent acne!. See how many benefits you get in one little jar! haha, so no more worries, and you can eat as many as you want!. Just get pickels with less or no sodium and you'll be good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There's ALOT of sodium in them, and they don't have much nutritional value left after they've been pickled in the brine!.!.!.!.!.!. If that's all you eat, you aren't getting ANY nutrients that you need at all! Without protein, fruits & veggies, I'm surprised you have the energy to even post this question!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only part of the pickle that is bad for you is all the salt, shop wise and choose the ones with no sodium added!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
