Answers:
Yes, but I would recheck the calories on the cup of pineapple, that doesn't look right!. Okay I looked it up and got 74 cals, nowhere near what I would have thought!.

You are on it!. You have fiber, fruit, dairy, protein!.!.!. perfect!.

You might want to add more to get you up to at least 800 calories!. Maybe a slice of wheat bread with your tuna!. etc!.

The body does need oil!. A tsp!. of butter or mayonaise a day is enough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes!. those sound pretty good!. and since it's summer, an alternate snack choice is a slushie!. if you have the magic bullet blender, just mix ice and your favorite low-calorie fruit juice (apple and grape tast best)!.

=] have a nice day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's way too few calories, you musn't go under 1200 calories a day cos you won't lose any weight as your body goes into "starving mode" and decreases your metabolism!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That sounds good!. And if you feel hungry in between these meals, you should chug plenty of water to keep your belly feeling full!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes !.!. that sounds good !.!.!.!. but you might add some celery/carrot sticks with the tuna, since you only had one other serving of vegetablesWww@FoodAQ@Com

yea but go up in cals in the breakfast and lower in dinner!.!.!.!. and down with one of the snacksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah that sounds like a healthy balanced diet!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah, thats great! I do suggest adding salad or carbs to your lunch thoughWww@FoodAQ@Com
