To snack I like softer and nuttier flavors like Fontina, Gruyere and Gouda!. On turkey sandwiches I like Muenster and/or a Colby or Longhorn!. On ham I like Emmenthaler or Monterey Jack!. With salame I like Mozzarella or Provolone!. When it comes to seasoning dishes, nothing beats Parmigiano-Reggiano!. I do like Mizithra and Pecorino Ramano to season as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
