Wow, you're right! I just thought the company lowered the quality of what they were putting in their chocolate!. Never thought about the quality of the wrapper!. Maybe it has something to do with air control!. No air is coming in and no air is coming out due to the plastic seal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello Pleasant Peter Perkins,
I am on to this one! You are definately correct in saying that the KitKat's in plastic wrappers taste different than those in foil!.

Could it be that the plastic wrapper it'self gives off an odor that the chocolate asorbs!? Chocolate does asorb odors around it!. Just a thought!.

Chocolate made in the UK is disgusting, and that goes for the chocolate made in the UK for Swiss companies too!. Not enough cacao powder!.
Belgian chocolates are better than Swiss!. Sorry guys!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont think it has anything to do with the wrapping itself, generally i would think they are trying to go cheaper with everything !.!.!. so less chocolate in chocolate !.!. and so on!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
