Is fried cauliflower still a vegatable?!

Question: Is fried cauliflower still a vegatable!?
I am 7 months pregnant and have anti cravings!. Lately I hate vegetables and have to force myself to eat them!. I try creative ways to get them in, like eating corn soup!. Today I ate fried cauliflower!. Is it still considered a vegetable or are all the nutrients gone!? What ways can I get vegetables in when I am in the state of being disgusted by them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes a cauliflower is always a cauliflower!.
Try lightly steaming various vegatables, a bit of everything, then blending them into a puree!. Add a dob of butter or olive oil and some chicken stock, and drink as a soup!. Or cool the puree, season, mix with yoghurt and eat as a dip!.
What ARE you eating!? if it's plenty of protein, not just empty carbs, don't worry too much about the veg!. but do take 2 good multi vitamins a day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I took Bradly, our instructor said all foods are good for the baby!. The baby needs fats for brain development!. Do you like salad!? potatoes!? Just take your prenatal vitamins and try to eat as well as you can!. It won't help the baby if you throw up the good food you just ate because it was disgusting!. Congratulations on your baby!Www@FoodAQ@Com
