Babycino for a two year old????!
i recently got a job as a barrista in a really upmarket part of town!.
Most of our customers are trophy wives married to rich A$$eZ who for sure have families in other countries on the quiet!.
these women order their soy lattes trying to be all hippy and 'connected' and stuff and they order "Baby-Cinos" for their revolting screaming brats!.
I have served up a countless number of these "BabyCinos" to these ungrateful little prats and in my understanding a BabyCino in a double shot of espresso, with a bit of froth and some chocolate sprinkles on top!.
I didnt want to question any of these elitist b!tczz about it, but do you not think that it is wrong to be plying these kids aged between 2 and 5 years old with a solid double shot of espresso!? surely it cant be healthy or any good for their little hearts!?
i have been serving loads of them and they seem really popular, but i just dont think it's right - like i should be giving the kids a ciggarette to smoke with it!?
what do you all think!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh, you're so funny, getting people all wound up at you!!
I've seen these in other coffee bars - they are milk, foam and chocolate sprinkles!. No caffeine at all!.
Just incase you may want to check with your employers as "your understanding" is wrong!.

A babycino is a coffee-free cappucino, consisting only of frothed milk, which is available for children in some coffee establishments!.[1]Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a "coffee addict," and can't even imagine giving children coffee, much less double shots of espresso! !.!.!.!.!. When I was little and wanted coffee, like my mom, she gave me softened coffee ice cream:) !.!.!. You should check with the owner of the store to see if that's really what a "baby-cino" is:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
OMG that is horrid!! I have never heard of this before and I can't even beleive someone would consider giving any amount of caffeine to a baby/child, let along the amount that is in espresso! Are there drinks made specifically for children!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
I think the kids are addicted to caffeine!. I think you should politely ask the mothers if they realized that there were two shots of espresso in the drink and let them decide what's best for their kids!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I agree I don't think they need something like that!. Especially a double shot of Espresso!. I mean you're not "supposed" to give kids coffee/caffeine anyway, right!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
I have never heard of such a thing but it sounds like it should be illegal!. Why on earth would anyone give their child that much caffiene!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Excellent! A little bit of what you fancy does you good!. These kids are now growing up in a fast paced 21st Century and need to be fully prepared for what life is really like!. Never did me any harm, anyways, I've learnt to control my anger and will only now kill in self defence or if anybody looks at me in a funny way!. One point I would make however, please ensure that the coffee is not too hot when you pass it to the child!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
