You can use ice to help numb the pain!. If you have an aloe plant you can take one of the leaves and rub the gel on your hand or you can use the aloe vera found in a tube that is used for sunburns!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Start rubbing your hand(s) on anything stainless steel !!! If your kitchen sink is stainless steel, it'll make this easy!. Run the faucet with cool water while doing this!. If you don't have a stainless steel sink, wet your hands before rubbing them on your stainless steel surface!.
Keep washing your hands in cool water with a gentle hand soap!. Do not dry them with friction when using a towel, but gently pat them dry!.
Apply pure aloe vera extract on your hand(s), or get some aloe vera spray!.
If the burning continues to worsen, call your doctor!. Keep your hands away from your eyes!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soaking it in milk usually helps for me, but since you've already tried that!.!.!.you should be able to wash it off with just soap or shampoo, I usually use dawn, and never have a problem!. A chef that I worked with once told me that rubbing oil onto your skin helps!.
You may just have overly sensitive skin, and might have to just wait for it to go away!. I've sliced lots of jalapenos and have never had this problem in my hand!.
I would really try more milk, or I've heard that heavy cream works even better!. Keep the milk very cold!.
Next time definitely wear a glove!.
And PLEASE don't touch your eyes, nose, mouth, ears, or use that hand when you go to the bathroom!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Step1) Wear rubber gloves the oil can seep through latex gloves!.
Step2) Wash your hands thoroughly with dish soap to get all the oil off your hands!. Use a fingernail brush to scrub nails with dish soap!.
Step3) Take an over the counter pain killer as directed!.
Step4) Soak fingers/hands in a bowl of cold milk!. The fat in the milk helps soothe hands better than ice water!.
Step5) Apply an ointment to treat and soothe burns such as aloe vera or hydro cortisone cream!.
Step6) Repeat the milk soak as needed!. It will not harm your hands, so do not hesitate to soak as often as necessary
Step7) Put on gloves to clean the area where you cut the peppers!. Use a cleanser with bleach to rid your counter tops, cutting boards and knives of any residual oil!.
Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Question, did you glove your hands !. What you described happens when you come in contact with the juice of the pepper!. The other hand, maybe you are allergic to the peppers, if that is the case , you need to get checked out immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Apply Apple Cider Vinegar to the area!. My father had 3rd degree burns on his feet from the beach in the early 90's when a Dr recomended it to him - we've used it ever since!. Yes it works completly - not jut "help!."
