Hello,
I happen to love hot peppers!. I buy a large bag of them clean and slice them and saute them win olive oil!. I add a bit of salt and pepper, sometimes some tomato paste!. My Italian grandmother got me started on these at a young age!.
They cook down to a delicious sandwhich filling!. I often eat plain toasted pepper sandwhiches or they are even better with cheese or lunch meat!.
I also like the chocolate raspberry jam that I make!. It's so good!
Have Fun!

I love cream cheese, rocket, chicken, mango and chilli chutney (or chilli jam)!.!.!.!.
Another yummy one is smoked salmon with avocado, sliced spanish onion, capers, baby spinach and a drizzle of ranch dressing!.!.!.!.
Oooh, and thinly sliced roast lamb with roasted capsicum (peeled of skin) camembert, tomato chutney, sliced cucumber and mixed lettuce leaves!.
Or how about chicken cooked in some tandoori curry paste then sliced and put in a wrap with raita (a yoghurt, mint, garlic, lemon and cucumber dip) baby spinach, cucumber and sliced tomato!? yum!
Happy cooking,
