I love egg beaters or any other brand of egg substitute!. It's easier than separating yolks and whites!. Try making french toast out of 1/4 cup egg substitute, 2 tablespoons skim milk!. Dip two slices 40 calorie light bread in this mixture and cook in a non-stick skillet!. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon light syrup (20 cal)!. Then scamble 1/2 cup egg substitute with one slice Canadian bacon, 1/2 slice full fat kraft single (on 30 cal, why not use real cheese!?) and if you like, tomatos, onions, and peppers and serve along side your French toast!. This entire breakfast is only 260 calories and will fill you up PAST lunchtime!.

For lunch, have you tried the South Beach diet wraps and salad-pita-chips kits!? Wonderful! They are by the lunchables at the grocery store!.

Dinner!. Look for frozen dinners that are low in sodium!. They don't have to be diet dinners seeing as many regular ones are low in fat and calories as well!. It is also ok to have a 500 calorie dinner if your other meals were very low!. Kashi makes some healthy ones with chicken and veggies, as well as South Beach and Weight-watchers!. Lean quizine and Healthy Choice are a bit over-priced in my opinion, but the steamer bowls and Pani sandwiches are tasty and filling!.

Dessert!. This is a great time to replinish calcium!. Try Edy's slow churned low fat ice cream and frozen yogurt blends!. You can't tell they are low-fat and they come in a ton of flavors!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
