Parmesan is a very hard cheese which you can get in any supermarket in the uk!. It is primarily used in Mediterranean cooking e!.g!. is grated on top of spagetti bolognaise!. You can't really cut it - it needs to be grated or you can use shavings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just come back from working 5 months in Cadiz, south of Spain!. Our local pub in El Puerto de Santa Maria hadn't heard of Parmos!. I arranged to cook some for him - now it's on his Bar Menu and selling like hot cakes! Maybe I should open a Parmo Bar in Tenerife, possibilities!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seems that most people haven't read the question, it being about poultry and NOT cheese! I've never heard of it ANYWHERE in the UK - not even when I spent some time in M'boro which it's supposed to have come from ! ! !Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm in Bristol (lived here all my life) and I have never heard of it!. But if you are moving down here, I am sure that you could buy the ingredients and make it yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
