If you look on a can of diet coke and a can of regular coke it is all the sugar content!. Diet coke has none while regular coke has a lot!. So in turn diet coke is 0 calories and reg!. coke is around 250 for a can!. But on the other hand they use aspartame in diet coke instead of sugar which has been linked to cause cancer!. I only drink diet drinks and I am fine!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Although diet sodas may have less fat etc!. diet sodas contain a fake sugar called aspartame which is really bad for your body!. It doesn't really taste as good either, yuk!

The difference is that regular soft drinks are made with either cane sugar or high fructose corn syrup while diet soft drinks are made with artificial sweeteners such are aspartame, sucrolose - Splenda, saccharine, etc!.
