I don't follow the food pyramid...?!


Question: I don't follow the food pyramid!.!.!.!?
For some odd reason fruits, vegetables, seafood, milk, bread, and breakfast foods don't taste good & make me wanna barf!

This is probably the only part of those food groups I eat:

fruits: orange jell-o
vegetables: rice & peas
seafood: nothing
milk: kraft mac & cheese
bread: chicken nuggets
breakfast food: tea

That's a really bad diet!. My mom is prone to osteoperiosis, and I'm lacking a LOT of fiber and stuff like that!.

QUESTION: Would you reccomend any supplements that I could take!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's more like:

Sugar/fat: Orange jello, Mac and cheese, chicken nuggets (okay some protien there)

Vegetables: peas

Bread/grain: rice

Tea is fairly good for you!. Try drinking green tea!.

Have you ever tried smoothies to get your dairy and fruit!? Milk, a little cream, whatever fruit you like, and maybe some honey!. I add raw eggs to mine, makes it super tasty and frothy, but I'm guessing you won't like that!.

I'd take a flax seed supplement, and maybe a multivitamin!. I think you need more omega 3's or you're going to start feeling spacey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat alternatives, try new fruits and veggies, drink soy milk, have tortillas instead of bread, have some seafood youve never tried etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
