never try this!
cereals are usually full of sugar, and are only good for the mornings, because the sugar gives you a quick energy boost!.
even the ones that suposedly have 'fruit' in them, are still not that good for you
the fruit is mainly in little bits, and layed in sugarWww@FoodAQ@Com

Several years ago, a friend of mine who has a younger sister, practically lived off cereal!. She eventually had some colon issues!. Doctors said it was her "cereal diet"!. Maybe you should check with a professional!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well my fav is corn pops, it is the shiz!. but its not healthy to eat only cereal, you need meat, and protein, vitamins, and other stuff, lol!.

It wouldn't be very healthy!.!.!. despite what the government says, we don't need more carbohydrates than other food groups!. But it's definetly possible!.!.!. you might get anemia though if you don't eat Total :P!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
