Answers:
Happy Birthday and yes you can use your Food Stamps/EBT card to buy seafood from the Seafood Department of your supermarket as long as it is not steamed or cooked there on the premises - like steam lobster or crab!. You can buy fish, shrimp - fresh or previously cooked, like the kind you would use to make shrimp cocktail, oysters, clams, mussels, scallops, frozen crab legs, etc!.

I am pretty sure in most states you can!. You are preparing it yourself just like fresh chicken or beef!.
I think they should restrict the amount of junk food and unhealthy things you can buy with food stamps tho - just my opinion!.
I hate getting in line behind some one with kids who's buying processed junk like hot dogs, frozen dinners, chips, soda, punch & cookies with food stamps!. There's not a peice of fresh fruit or vegetables to be seenWww@FoodAQ@Com
