Answers:
Try meat!. Protein is good for breakfast, it helps to fill you up and keep you feeling full while stoking your metabolism for the rest of the day!.

Meats like lean breakfast ham could be what it takes to get her eating!. Remember that in the nutritional hierarchy of breakfast, ham trounces bacon, which in turn trumps sausage!. Try pairing it with the cheese if she likes it!.

English muffins are worth a shot if you haven't tried them already!. They're a better choice compared to croissants or bagels!.

Another nutritional powerhouse worth exploring is nuts - they're high in protein - but not in excess: they may be loaded with healthful monounsaturated fat, but too much healthy fat is still too much fat!.

Fruit is great!. Juices are great, too, best if fresh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
