Sources of Vitamin B?!
I want to incorporate more of the B Vitamins in my diet!. What are good sources of them!.

Bananas, whole grains, brown rice, spinach, brocolli, soy products!. Seaweed is a super source!.
Natural sources are the best but you can take supplements, it doesn't matter that much if it's too much it will be excretes through your pee anyway!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Meat, nuts, beans and I think rice are all good sources of vitamin B!. Read labels and things that contain thymine, biotin and niacin are also types of vitamin B!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
