Question: What is the healthiest ice cream treat to get at Dairy Queen!?
I'm going to Dairy Queen tonight and I was opting for a child's chocolate cone with sprinkles!? Is this a good choice or should I choose something healthier!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Many people say that there is nothing low calorie at Dairy Queen, and getting anything there would totally mess up your calories for the day!. This is untrue, there are some things that are offered by DQ that are sugar free and diet friendly!.
The Child size cone alone is a good choice because it is low calorie, with 150, but stay away from the sprinkles!. According to Dairy Queen, getting the rainbow sprinkles on the cone adds 70 calories and 2!.5 grams of fat!.
I'd say the healthiest ice cream treat to get at dairy queen would be the fudge bar, which only has 50 calories, and 0 grams fat, and 4 grams of sugar!.
Another low calorie thing you could get is the no sugar added Dilly Bar, with only 190 calories!.
You also simply could order the DQ Vanilla Soft Serve which has 210 calories!.
I hope I helped!Www@FoodAQ@Com

well you can order the DQ Vanilla Soft Serve which has

Calories 210
Fat 7g
Saturated Fat 4!.5g
Carbohydrates 31g
Fiber 0g

or the

Vanilla Ice Cream Cone (small)
Serving Size: 1 small Cone (142!.0 g); Calories: 230, Total Fat: 7!.0g, Carbs: 38!.0g, Protein: 6!.0gWww@FoodAQ@Com

There isn;t that much there that is healthy, im sorry to say!. Dairy Queen is more of a place thats for sweet tooths, not a health beneficiary!.

I believe that sugar free ice cream(if they have it) would be better than other ice creams!.!.!.!. Or even Frozen Yogurt, which is a little healthier too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is a pretty good choice, I would prefer vanilla, but that is good, less calories would be in a cup and lose that cone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might just order a dish of vanilla ice cream or if they have no sugar added ice cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think you should get WHATEVER you want!.!.!.treat yourself
once or twice a week!.!.but keep control of things!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
