Who is for a "full English " breakfast ?!

Question: Who is for a "full English " breakfast !?
Hi Folks,

Whether staying in a top hotel, or a B&B, it is the only places I see people having a "full English"

You know, fried eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, black pudding, fried spud, fried slice, etc!.

I would not recommend this every day on health grounds, but do take the time, by rising early, to fiddle on with it about once a week!.

Breakfast in my book should not be a slurp of coffee, and a nibble at toast, perhaps a bowl of cereal!.

Why are we in such a rush to neglect one of the finest meals of the day !?

It sets you up for the day ahead, so no need of big lunches!.

Evening meals are fine, but I promote a good brekky!.

What do you reckon !?

(By the way, my GP says I have low cholesterol, and am a tad underweight)

Personally I dont really like the "full english" breakfast much!. I will eat some of it though and I would agree that it certainly fills you up for the rest of the day!. Breakfast is an important meal that is often overlooked and I think that having the "full english" every now and then would bring back it's importance in our lifestyles now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love a "full English" but mostly have to wait till I,m on holiday to enjoy them, time doesn,t allow it during the working day(wish it did)!.Have one or two more to make up your weight,enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
