Help I'm very hungry and just ate what should i do?!
It 7:30pm and i ate dinner at 6 and im hungry what should i eat!? i want to cook another burger with cheese and bread and thats it but should i eat sometihng else what should i do please help and im on a diet!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Start with drinking some water!. Ice water is best because your body's metabolism speeds up to heat up the cold water!. You probably want another burger because you're on a diet and telling yourself that you can't have it!. Try some light popcorn sprinkled with some parm cheese, some fresh veges, some light yogurt, or a piece of fruit!. You could stuff some celery with some peanut butter or some creamcheese!. Or you could try some crackers with cheese to satisfy some of those cravings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a big appetite!. My mom still gets overwhelmed that I eat as much as I do!.
Well what I usually do when I get hungry is grab a handful of almonds or berries and drink lots of water!. Then I try to keep myself busy!. Takes my mind off eating and it usually helps!. I also stay away from the kitchen, because I get tempted easily to open the fridge and pig out!. lol!.
But if you really want this to be a successful diet, you must have self control and know your limitations!.

I can really relate to your dilemma! I find that if I'm really hungry in a situation like that, then I should eat a carrot or celery or an apple!. Something that is low in calories and very healthy, and totally guilt free!. But you may not really be hungry and just craving more food!. So if you're not hungry enough for a fruit or veggie then you probably aren't all that hungry, that's how I make my decisions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I heard on the John Tesh radio show that sometimes your body confuses hunger with de-hydration so you should just drink a glass of water, then if you are still hungry after that, try munching on a fresh summer fruit or some yummy veggies!.

Popcorn with seasoning salt!. Never eat after 7 pm!. Eat a piece of fruit or some veggies!. Drink water!. Just remember; you wont die if you don't eat another hamburger tonight!. Be sure you take vitamins to make sure that your body is getting what it needs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

drink lots of hot water, if that doesnt fill you up, drink cold water!. or stuff your face with celery and other light green veggies, like lettuce or even cucumbersWww@FoodAQ@Com
