this is really wonderful, filling and tasty!. Get a whole grain bagel, heat it up in the micro for like 20 seconds till hot, spread cream cheese and top with some bean sprouts!.

heres probably the lowest fat breakfast ever!if you have a stcik blender ,get some very chilled milk,it has to be semi skimmed,and stick the bleder in and froff it,intil it becames the constistency of double cream!.you have a delicious double cream/yogurty desert !.with hardly any calories or fat,cuz its mostly air!.add some fruit to it,crushed with the blender or whole!just as tasty as a yogurt and guilt free and healthy!almost a non meal ,so you can eat more calories through the day if youre on a diet,if your not then its just a healthy meal anyway!enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

55g rolled oats
30g unblanched organic almonds, roughly chopped
Salt
200ml full-fat milk
55g dried peaches, diced
125g blueberries, washed
Buttermilk (optional)
The night before, mix the oats, almonds and salt in a bowl!. Add the milk, cover and refrigerate!.
In the morning, mix the dried peaches into the muesli and divide between two bowls!. Add the blueberries!. Serve with buttermilk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
