I do not think there are eggs on sweetened condensed milk!. If there were then they would be in the ingredient list so that people who are allergic, or can't have eggs, wouldn't get sick!.
I'm pretty sure its just what the name suggests, Sweetened (sugar) and Condensed Milk!.
Oh ya, also when sugar is cooked it will eventually turn brown, like caramel, so I'm sure the the yellow is from the sugar being cooked with the milk to sweeten it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are no eggs in sweetened condensed milk!. As the label says, milk and sugar!. It is cooked under pressure to "condense" it and sometimes if the cooker was too hot it will be yellow or pale tan!.
Absolutely nothing wrong with it, you can use it just the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No eggs!. It's 40-45 % sugar and 55-60 % milk!. That mixture is heated until 60% of the water evaporates!. Sugar and evaporation give it that color!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Milk and sugar is all that is in it!. It thickens as it cooks and the colour is natural to this process!.

It only has milk and sugar! The yellowish color is from it being condensed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
