Question: Can we store lemon pickle in aluminum utensil!? why or why not!?
Answers:
no! lemon has a natural acid and since it's been pickled,u probably added vinegar or something to preserve it longer!.!.pickles should be kept in a glass or plastic container!.!.!.the chemicals of the pickle will react with the metal if you keep it any metal container!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't; it's going to taste like metal! Anything acid (pickle) in aluminum is a bad idea!. The acid leeches the metal into the food!. Use glass or stainless steel!. I think plastic even taints the taste, personally!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No No No, chemical reaction between acid in lemon and aluminium, use glass jars, much better even second hand washed ones!. All your pickle will taste like metal if you put it in aluminium container!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
