eggs are probably most benficial thing to eat at breakfast time, other than cereal!.
Now i dont mean fatty fried eggs, i mean either poached , Boiled, Or scrambled!.
Eggs are full of protein that helps keep you healthy and strong, it contains omega 3 in it so this means its good for your heart!.
Other option is egg whites but i cant stand the fact of the slimy taste, if you want to try it crack an egg open remove the yolk, and gulp down the white :PWww@FoodAQ@Com

Eating a light breakfast is the best way to start your day

Breakfast should include starchy food as this provides us with energy!. Foods such as bread (preferably wholemeal)
are a great start to the day as they provide a slow release of energy
