What time should i eat my meals?!


Question: What time should i eat my meals!?
i usually eat dinner between 5-6 pm and i am wondering what time i should eat breakfast and lunch!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on when you get up in the morning and your schedule for the day!. It is better to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day than fewer larger meals, but that's not always possible!. It's recommended we eat breakfast within one or two hours after waking, then have a small snack around 2 1/2 or 3 hours later, a small lunch 2 1/2 or 3 hours or so after that, then a small mid afternoon snack, and a small supper!.

But, when you work or go to school, and have set break times, you can't always eat like that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well breakfast - means BREAK FAST!. So you break your fast after sleeping - which is when you have been fasting/not eating!.
So breakfast soon after you wake up in the morning!.
Lunch some time in the middle between what ever time you have breakfast and dinner!.
It depends on your lifestyle - if you have to fit in with a family routine or working hours etc!.
If you are alone then just do what suits you best!.
Eat when you are hungry!.

Just make sure that your timing is such, that you take your food when you are actually hungry and not that you have set a timing for your meals !. Though it is good for health to take your meal in particular time of the day but still you should look after the fact that you are hungry or not!.

I usually eat breakfast about 8-9, have lunch 1130-12, and eat about 530-7!. I usually eat a snack btwn lunch and dinner!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat when you are hungry!. Several small meals a day is recommended over 3 large ones, but that's more of a weight loss/maintenance benefit!.

It doesn't really matter when you eat, if you have no particular goal other than to nourish your body!. It'll tell you (typically) when it desires nourishment!.!.!.I usually eat breakfast around 6 - 7 am, small snack about 10am, lunch between 11 - 11:30am, maybe a snack around 2pm, then supper from 6 - 9pm (when I get hungry and decide to fix something to eat)!.

That's not the best balance throughout the day (often large gap between afternoon snack and supper) but that's my personal weekday eating schedule (sometimes I skip the snacks)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
