Where can I get goat-milk caramel suckers?!
Where can I get goat-milk caramel suckers!? They are really good! They have a better flaver than the regular bland caramel flavor!.
They had some at the Dollar Tree by my house for a couple weeks and then never again!. I have never seen them in any regular stores!.
Plus it was fun to say that I was eating a Chupacabra (literally "goat sucker")!.
PS: I live in the CA San Francisco Bay area so it would have to be a big chain store or someplace I could order them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with the first person, I am a former chef and make goat milk fudges from both Mexico and India they are known as either Bulfi or Ladoo!.
For the suckers a mix of white and brown sugar, corn syrup, cooked to a dark caramel colour and then if you can find condensed goats milk, like carnation but from goats milk if not take 1 quart of goats milk and simmer it until it has reduce in volume by 1/2, then proceed with the sugar mixture, once them milk is in a bit of butter and then you have to work fast, either with molds/sticks from a candy making store or even ice cube trays sprayed with Pam CS and some large toothpicks or cut bamboo skewers inserted into the candy before it goes hard!.
For more info, let me know my e-mail is open, I buy canned goats milk here in Canada and have used regular boiled down to for the fudges and pulled taffy's!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
