What can you put in your food to keep from having gas?!

You can't put it in your food but there are two supplements!. If you eat raw veggies or beans and you get gas then it is Beano!. But if you eat dairy and get gas and diarriah then you could be lactose intolerrent if that is the case try chewing two lactaid ultra pills before eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
ok it is called: Bean-O it sounds funny but it works, you dont need a lot for it to work!. It should be at a local pharmacy too!. isnt it funny though: bean-o and beans make you have gas!!! hahaha!. If that doesnt work, use Gas X!. that works!. 1 pill b4 a meal and weelllaaa no gas after!!

Long before the beano gas pill, people would mix a little baking soda and water together and take a spoon full!. It sure don't tast to fancy, but it breaks up the gas!. So I have to wonder if it will work before you eat!? It might be worth a try!Www@FoodAQ@Com
There's a product called:Beano, it comes in tablets or liquid!. It can be found at Walgreens,Target, CVS pharmacy,Walmart, Kroger food stores and online!. I know with the liquid you put two drops on your first bite of food and you never have gas with that meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Not sure about stuff to stop having gas btu things that cause gas are spinach, cabbage, if you have alot of onion as well that causes it, as for foods you can always buy tablets from the pharmacy to stop gas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well when you make a pot of pinto beans you can add a couple of bay leaves to the pot!.
