Is it possible by mixing boiling juice and cold juice and refrigerate it to make jell-o!? Or better, can we make water jello!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
No!. But!.!.!.!.
You could reduce(boil juice) and tighten the mixture by adding a corn strach or arrowroot slurry!. You would want to thicken until it looks nearly as thick as jello!. It should also be translucent which would indicate that the corn starch(or arrowroot) has cooked long enough!. Then you could place it in a mold and refrigerate until fully cold!. At that point you have an odd fascimile of jello!. I would not recommend this procedure!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
