If you want to drink tea to relieve yourself then go to GNC and get a tea called 'Smooth Move'!. It's great! It'll have you going in no time!. Brew it with boiling water and steep the tea bag in the water for at least 10-15 minutes!. It needs to be full strength to work properly!. After you drink the tea, make sure you drink lots of water!.
