I am lactose intolerant. Where can I find a list of products that contain lactose?!
I am very lactose intolerant!. Obviously I know about the common foods that contain lactose, but I am looking for a list or a website that gives details about hidden lactose in foods!. Apparently McDonald's french fries and some orange soda's contain lactose and I am looking for more foods like this so I can avoid them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go to the library and ask for "Milk is Not for Everybody: Living with Lactose Intolerance" by Steve Carpe!. Better yet, buy a copy!. This book has been invaluable in helping me learn what's what with my lactose intolerance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
