In my family we normally have small dinners, or no dinner at all!. If you eat a ehavy dinner at night, your organism will happily store any extra calories in your body!.

The cheese and crackers have fat-during the daytime you normal just burn it off!. While what you're eating isn′t completely unhealthy, I wouldn't eat it every since night, since the fat in the cheese may actually catch up to you!.

You could try a sandwitch (stick the ham and anything else you might like between two slices of bread), a salad, a fruit salad or soup!. As long at it's small and doesn't have many calories, I think it's ok; your body is getting ready to go to sleepy anyhow and will likely try to store any calories it can!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
