The % you save varies on what you buy,, if you buy everything with a coupon you can actually get it all for free!. The trick is to only buy what you have coupons for!. - Coupons can be found in the Sunday newspaper inserts, along with the Wednesday and on Ebay, and you can also find printable ones from sites that offers them!.!. like juicy juice coupons, Dawn detergent,, so forth!.

I look everywhere and keep just about all coupons that come along!. Depending on where you live, some stores will double and triple the value of your coupons!. Here, where I am at my local krogers will double up to !.50 and triple up to !.39 manufacturer's coupons!. - HINT--- if the coupon starts with a "5" it will double or triple regardless if it states "DO NOT DOUBLE", now if the coupon starts with a "9" then the register will NOT double or triple it even if it is for !.20, coupon that starts with "9" or "4" are usually intended for a specific store; - Cosco coupons starts with "4" and so does some other companies!.

---So with this offer to double and triple the value of your coupons, all you have to do now is wait for the sale!!! For example right now, at krogers- you can get FREE Herbal Essences shampoo/conditioner,,here is how you would do it:
Krogers ad 7/9-7/15 "Mix and Match SALE" - "Buy any three qualifying items and get $3 off instantly at the register, limit 3 rewards per transaction"
on there, they have the Herbal Essences Shampoo/conditioner at $2!.50 each,, so if you go in and buy 6 bottles, that would equal to $15!.00 and since you are buying 6 qualifying items you will get 2 rewards at the register of $3 so $15!.00 minus ($3!.00x2) 6!.00 = $9!.00 would be your balance -- &&& I happened to have a bunch of Herbal Essences coupons from maybe 2 weeks ago for $3 off 2 Herbal Essences product!.!. so with my total being $9!.00 I gave them 3 coupons each for $3 off of 2 making my total to $0!.00!. At my Krogers - they have a sign that says "only the first coupon of that kind will be double or triple the rest will be taken at face value" -- this might be their policy but the register still works to where it will double/triple up to 3 of the same kind and the fourth will be at face value!.

-going back to where you can find coupons, Ebay is a good place to look for coupons because some coupons that are for the same item might have a different saving value elsewhere,, like here the coupon for Cottonelle 4pk was only for !.25 off and on ebay there were some for 1!.00 off and some for !.35 off of 1, it all depends on where you are located, sometimes the coupons come in different amount!. Here at my Krogers they often have their Cottonelle on sale for 1!.00 EACH,, with the 10 for 10 deal,,(you don't have to buy ten) so with the !.25 coupon that was availble I would end up saving !.75 (!.25 triple= !.75)on each and only paying !.25 on each!.,, BUT if I were to have gotten those $1!.00 off I would have gotten FREE toilet paper,, so its worth looking everywhere!.!. another item you can get for free often is the Dial barsoap or the soft soap brand,, they often have these coupons for !.35 any and when they have them on sale for 1!.00 each,, --YOU CAN GET THEM FREE,, just remember to do 3 at a time,, 3 dial and 3 softsoap, 3 toilet paper,,so forth, because the 4th coupon will be taken at face value only!!

--Besides Kroger, there are only 2 other places that I really shop at, one is CVS and the other is Target!.

CVS - you can get FREE, close to FREE or More than FREE stuff at CVS!. CVS offers these great EB (Extra bucks) that helps you out so much in the long run!. If you play your coupon right to go along with the SALE you will get most items for FREE; for example last week ad - Buy $20 worth of Oil of Olay body wash and get $10!.00 back in EB!. So I went in, got four bottles of Ribbon Body wash at 5!.99 (these were the 18oz),, my total came out to 23!.96 I gave them my $4!.00 off $20!.00 purchase coupon (these you can get from just sign up for their email at CVS!.com) so my total came down to 19!.96 and then I gave them 4 coupons each was good for $2!.00 off any Oil of Olay Ribbon body wash,, then my total was $11!.96 plus tax = 12!.94 I paid 12!.94 and got back 10!.00 in EB, so it was like I only spent 2!.94 for 4 bottles,,I know that wasn't free but hey you can't beat !.73 a bottle!!! and then there are those time where you can get free toothpaste,, free rinse whatever--- you just gotta check it out---They are so awesome,, --they had the colgate toothpaste I believe for 2!.99 but they'll give you back 2!.00 in extra bucks back,, I had a coupon for 1!.50 off these particular ones,, (limit 5 per extra care card holder) I went in purchase 5 at 2!.99 = 14!.95,, got a candy for !.50 = 15!.45; gave them my CVS coupon FIRST,, $3 off $15!.00 purchase, bringing the total down to 12!.45 then I gave them 5 coupons at 1!.50 off colgate soooo 12!.45 - 7!.50= my total was 4!.95 plus tax =5!.35, paid the 5!.35 with EB from my past purchases,, and got back $10!.00 in EB back,, ($2!.00 EB for every colgate) -- so that was FREE plus extra money back!!

-- okay,,on to TARGET,,, I don't know if you know this but you can combine one manufacturer's coupon along with one Target coupon per one like item!.!.!. if you google target web coupons, you will be able to find some that you can print out!. -- here we go!.!. they had a sale on Herbal Essences shampoo/conditioner at 2!.94 each, and I had a coupon for $2 off 2 (target web coupon) and another coupon for $3!.00 off 2 (man coupon) I was able to combine them at the register so my total came out to 5!.88 -5!.00=!.88 plus tax =!.95 for a bottle of shampoo and conditioner!.!.!. I know this wasn't as good as the deal they have now at Krogers where I can get them for free,, but oh well !.95 isn't bad,,, &&&& ooooh they had the SOLO cup/plates for 2!.39 each on SALE,,, I had a coupon for $3 off $15 party ware purchase( target coupon) and I had some coupons for $2!.00 off SOLO heavy duty,, so I went in purchase 7 packages, came out to 16!.73 also got a talbarone bar 1!.65 = 18!.38 gave them $3 coupon = 15!.38,, gave them 7 $2 coupons =1!.38plus tax =1!.49 for ALL of that!!! another great deal is on PAMPERS diapers/wipes!.!.they have Target Web coupons for $5 off, $3 off and combine that with the one you get from the Sunday newspaper,,, You can save soo much!!

so after I found out about Target lets you combine both man!. and store coupon, I started emailing all these other stores - I emailed Target, Walgreens, CVS, Krogers and ask them about their "official coupon policy" and to my suprise, Target, Walgreens and CVS all does the same thing in that they take one man and one store coupon per one like item!. -- anytime you have a question, email them,, print it out,, and take it with you as you shop,, just incase you happen to get one of those cashiers who thinks they know everything!.!.!.

From what I know and understand --there is a difference between "one per purchase" and "one per transaction" these are some of the wordings that you will find on the bottom of each coupon!.!. NOW "one per purchase" means for every coupon you are presenting you must have an item (purchase) to got with it!.!.!.if you have 4 coupons then you must purchase 4 of that item,, if you have 3, you must purchase 3,,, so forth,, You cannot use 2 coupons for 1 item is basically what it is saying!.-- Now "one per transaction" means that I can only use one for the whole entire paying transaction,,, if I have that 2 of those coupons then I must perform the transaction 2 times!. - NOW on B1G1 FREE sale,, some store will let you use 2 coupons one for each of the items(CVS) and some will let you use only one (Walgreens) but both said the same thing to where, if there is a B1g1 free sale and I happen to have a b1g1 free coupon,,,YES I can use that coupon,-- making it free for me,, because its basically like they are offering to pay half for your purchase by having this sale and the manufacture will pay for the other half,,so even though you are not giving them money out of your own pocket,, they are going to get reimbursed and paid anyways!.!.!.

Now these are just some of the answers I got,, if you have any questions,, you should really write them or try to look them up!.

anyways - hope I was able to help you!.!.!.good luck and have fun!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can save over 50% just by using coupons in conjunctioons with sales!. Look at the sale papers and see what stores offer double coupons!. If kellog cereal is on sale for 1!.97 a box and there is a coupon for !.50 it doubles to $1 at the register and your cereal costs !.97 sometimes stores do double coupons up to $1 so you get $2 off and if the sale is good you may get that item free!. It takes a lot of time to save like that sometimes I have to go to 3 stores but I think it is worth it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i didnt see the show, but the discussion came up one night on NPR!. As I understand it people like that find manufacturers cupons for items they want, pair them with store coupons, and use a store discount card!. But you have to make sure you cna stack all those!. Then they basically wait for the prices to be at a relative low and strike!. It deffinatley takes time and planning, but it seems that if you can get away with a shopping cart full of food for a few dollars it may be worth it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well basically the lady has a giant binder that she has full of coupons!. She gets store coupons and belongs to all the free coupon sites!. Her biggest strategy is using the coupon when the item is also on sale or buy one get one free!. It takes work but saves tons of money!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lots of coupons , I would assume!. Some grocery stores double coupons!. I bet the person behind her in line LOVES her!!! hahah!.!.!.!.!. I have always said I would like to start clipping coupons, but I just don't have the time or patience!. Good Luck to you though! Let us know how you do! Maybe you will inspire me!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
