I guess it's the thought that it's not real crab!. But it is real fish albeit not crab!.
The word "imitation" with many products is scary, but not with that one!.

It's fake crab, but there is not much to be afraid of in the ingredients!.

It's pureed white fish, sweetened, binding agents added, and shaped into crab form, colored with paprika, then cooked!.

it is just a fish made to look like crab by dying the sides pinkish, try it:)

to me it tastes a bit like crab,not exactly, of course, and not bad at all in salads
