They probably get like a needle thing and intead on healthy medicine stuff the put jelly in it!. Then the give the donut a shot and poof! Thats why you always see some jelly on the out side

Wow!. Um it's not that hard!. You take a roundish yeast doughnut and fill a plastic baggie with filling and use a special kind of dispenser to stick into the doughnut and fill it with the jelly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
