Yes, I have the same situation as you and it's quite easy!. There are high calorie shake you an buy from your local Healthshop!. They are healthy and come in delicious flavours!. also at every meal, eat until you are stuffed!. That helps me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everyday eat a peanut butter sandwich and drink Ensure, Boost or Instant Breakfast, they are high protein shakes with added vitamins and nutrition!.
(you can mix a scoop of ice cream in them for added calories)
Milk, yoghurt, cheese, eggs and meat are also high in protein!.
Exercise daily to gain muscle mass and keep off unwanted fat!.
(walking/hiking, running, biking, kick boxing, swimming, jumping jacks, aerobics, dancing or playing any games that uses a ball)
