Answers:
I believe there is a distinct difference between the two--quality to name a few!. Sirloin tends to be leaner, but tougher!. New York Steak is much more tender than sirloin!. However, if you like marbleized steak; Kobe beef from Japan is a winner!. Similarly, a less expensive one would be the rib eye steak!. For a leaner and good quality steak, the fillet Mignon is always a great choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
