In the U!.S!., if it's called "vegetable oil" it's usually soybean oil!. There are lots of other vegetable oils, but they are usually labeled using a different name!. Canola, corn, cottonseed, safflower, peanut, sesame!.

You really shouldn't use vegetable oil!. Try Canola or a new product called Enova!. It has the same number of calories as vegetable oil and tastes pretty similar but it has naturally occurring fats instead of triglyceride fats!. There's an article about it online:

read the ingredient label!. usually it's soybean oil!. they have to disclose what it's made of on the label!.

Vegetable oils are made from the oil!.!.!. so veggies arent actually in it!. Oils are made by processing the vegetable and pressing it to release its oils!. Olives are technically a fruit but their oil is still considered a veggie oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
