im very big on breakfast !.!. cant start my day without it
and my last question about eggs have now made me think about having a change, since i was just told by y/a people that an egg a day is really bad for you!.
so i am now stuck with having no breakfast ideas!.
i normally eat an egg with two slices of brown seeded bread and 1/3 tin of beans!.!.
or omellet with weetabix!.!.(not together of course! i eat the weetabix 20min after the omellet coz im still hungry after i eat it)

anyway, i like to have a meal for my breakfast, not just a stupid yougert or nuts which will leave your tummy screaming for hunger 2mins after eating it!.!.!.

so what other things can i cook in the morning which doesnt contain egg!?
i dont want things like sauage or bacon coz its too oily and ruins my skin (spotty)
i dont care if i have to wake up an extra 1hour to make this breakfast, coz i will for some tasty food :p haha!.!.!. i just need some interesting, new ideas to throw together!.

Have you ever tried egg beaters!.!.!.they are not supposed to be as bad for you as reg eggs every day!. My grandmother used to make what I call Italian French toust!. Scramble a couple of eggs or some egg beaters and add about 1/4 c grated parm cheese and salt and pepper you can add a little parsley if you like it!. Then soak your bread in the mixture!.and cook in a frying pan !.!.!.make sure you get all the cheese on your bread!.!.!.eat it just like that !.!.!.no syrup or anything like that!.!.!. as this is a savory toast not sweet!.!.!.Now I cook mine in oil flavored with a pat or 2 of butter to make it crispy good but you could use a nonstick pan sprayed w/Pam!.By the way my dad is 93 years old and he eats 3 eggs two times a week!.!.!.He is on NO medications and just had a blood work up and everything was perfect!. He said a dr told him not to go crazy limiting the eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No need to nix the eggs!. Merely omit the yolk!. Eating egg whites every day is perfectly fine!. In addition to eliminating the cholesterol, you're also eliminating calories as an egg white only has about 30 calories!. So stick with what you like!.!.!.merely modify it a bit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cereal, yoghurt, cold pizza, muffins, fruit, sandwich, toast, fruit toast, scones, porridge, frittata or quiche, leftovers from dinner, english muffin with ham and cheese, croissant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Choclate chip pancakes with a choclate chip muffin some canadian bacon and some Orange juice or milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

why not you try pie with milk or fruit juices!.!.
