I ate an undercooked hamburger?!

Question: I ate an undercooked hamburger!?
I went out and ate at a hamburger restruant and ordered my hamburger cooked as medium (since thats how i like my steaks)!. It came out and tasted like it was more like medium rare!. After about eating half of it, I noticed that the grease from the hamburger that had dropped on the plate contained red dots!. blood!. not pink, red!. I refused the finish it!. Is this normal for a medium cooked hamburger or did they cook it wrong!?
I have also felt very nautious, weak and shaky the past few hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you a person that overreacts to things they think might happen!?!?!? My aunt eats small pieces of raw hamburger all the time!.!.!.raw potatoes too!.!.!.gross to me but she never got sick from it!. I would say they undercooked it for what you expected but medium can easily be misconstrued as medium rare but you had the option to send it back!.!.!.always order your burgers medium well so you still get a good flavor but no blood!. If the server is iffy with me about it I say I want my cow dead not mooing!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
