Homemade cereal is the definition of healthy and filling!. The way I make mine is with granola from your local bulk food store (try and find one that is low sugar, high in good fatsm protein and fibre), slivered almonds, walnuts and ground flaxseed!. Then I add cinnamon and nutmeg to kick the flavour up!. While this is probably around 500 calories, it's incredibly healthy (good fats, protein, vitamins and minerals and fibre) and some days it keeps me full for 12 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
