depending on the curry, you should probably serve boiled rice (basmati rice is best)!. this is because it is plain compared to the curry, so the spices and flavour of the curry will really be able to be the star of this dish!. I would also recommend including a dark green veggie such as steamed spinach, roasted asparagus, or steamed brocolli on the side!.

If the curry is very complex, with a lot of different chutneys and toppings served on the side, I like a plain white rice!.

But rice pilaf will be just as good - it's really a matter of personal taste!. Rice with almonds and raisins can be very good with a chicken curry, for instance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
