Question: Is the iodine that;s in table salt be the same or equal to te iodine that is in shrimp!?
Answers:
I fyou're looking at this from an allergy reaction, then not all seafood allergies are caused by iodine!. I am allergic to shellfish, but not to iodine!.

Iodized salt is very common, but iodine is not found naturally in salt - it is added during production!. Non-iodized salt is available in any grocery store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think iodine on shrimp is better because you get to eat the fish, while salt, nope you can't even eat it 'coz you'll have a stone of salt in your bladder!.

Any fish from the sea has a good source of Iodine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's the same stuff, as far as I know!. Iodized salt was invented for people who live far inland, in areas with no iodine in the soil!. Like me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
