Question: How do you know if sushi you buy is "sushi grade"!? Does it have to do with the title - Sushi!?!?
Answers:
Sushi grade fish is fresher and higher quality!.!.!.!.!.!.!. If you buy sushi grade fish, yourself, at a fish market, it will cost AT LEAST $30/lb (as opposed to less than $10 at a grocery store) !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I'd tend to doubt that the sushi you buy at the grocery store is sushi grade fish!. In fact, it's usually "Krab" or no fish at allWww@FoodAQ@Com

it just means high quality!. "Sushi grade" means the fish is so fresh that you can eat it raw!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
