How do you know if sushi you buy is "sushi grade"? Does it have to do with the title - Sushi??!

Sushi grade fish is fresher and higher quality!.!.!.!.!.!.!. If you buy sushi grade fish, yourself, at a fish market, it will cost AT LEAST $30/lb (as opposed to less than $10 at a grocery store) !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I'd tend to doubt that the sushi you buy at the grocery store is sushi grade fish!.
