Answers:
Most happiness foods are sinful foods, pies, cakes, ice creams, fries, etc!.

For me something healthy that is comforting and calming are soups!. I actually love cabbage soup because I can have as much as I want without worrying about weight gain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Goji berries are supposed to be full of antioxidants !.!.!.!. a lot of other foods have a lot more!. It's all pretty much a marketing ploy for a very expensive product!. Just juice together an orange, apple, pineapple and you'll be ahead!.

B group vitamins lift your spirits - a vitamin B supplement will make you feel a lot better than a goji berry!. Spirulina works well too, but make sure it's a reputable brand!.

Traditional aphrodisiac foods can make you feel better too - oysters, strawberries, etc!.

Cocoa is good, but in the form of milk chocolate is pretty worthless!. Make a nice hot chocolate with pure cocoa and sugar - much better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just try eating healthy, balanced meals, exercise!. Even taking brisk walks will help and count as exercise!. No one food can make you happy!.
You should definitely decrease your alcohol consumption and you may need to get professional help if it is extremely difficult for you to be happy!.
Hope that helps and I hope you can be happy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

for me!.!.!.

you don't really need food to gain "happiness"

its in you!. i guess!. but food makes me happy!.[my favorite food i mean!.]
