Question: Is it true that if you eat a bowl of mixed fuit before a big fry up that you dont gain as many calouries!?
i was out with my driving instructor ages ago now but he once told me that if you did eat fruit 30 mins before a big breakfast it would help to burn the calouries quicker!? any truth behind this crazy man!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the point is that because you ate the fruit before the "big breakfast", you would eat less of the (I'm gonna take a guess here and say it's an) unhealthy, fried "big breakfast" therefore gaining less "bad" calories from the breakfast!. I don't see how that would burn any calories quicker though!. The object is to fill you up on fruit so you eat less bad stuff!. I am only guessing though, I am not a dietician nor anything to the fitness world, I am just a person who pays attention to health and diet information and trying to help you with the little I know!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
