Question is, should I throw away the leftover cornmeal or can I keep it and use it again!? Say like in a week!?

Answers:
It has served it purpose and should be discarded!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

dry!?!? a bit damp!?!? I would squeeze all the air out of the zip lock baggie and seal it and toss it into the freezer!. I do this with the flour mixture breadings I have!. They are all labeled with date and ingredients!. The corn meal would be no different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you need to throw it away, because the bacteria that is on fish was left in the cornmeal, so it is not safe to use it again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would toss it!. it had raw fish in contact with it, I don't think that would be safe!. I make hush puppies with my leftover breading!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, pitch it plus I use andy fish seasoningWww@FoodAQ@Com

Toss it and make a fresh batter when you want more!.

hope this helps!. good luck and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

throw it awayWww@FoodAQ@Com
