What healthy foods do you eat on a daily or weekly basis?!


Question: What healthy foods do you eat on a daily or weekly basis!?
Answers:
I like eating berries probably every!. They're sweet but not bad for you!. That and sliced gala apples!. those are the best kind of apples- nice and sweet but really crunchy :)

I also like brown rice and edamame for a protein source since i'm a vegetarian!. that and nuts, especially pecans and walnuts!.
yogurt is good too, but only the plain kind with some oats!.

celery is delicious with a *tiny* bit of balalmic vinegar, the spritz-on kind!. that and baby carrots with hummus!. i eat those pretty often!.

Skim milk, anything with less salt, no sugar, 100% whole wheat English muffins and breads, chicken without the skin/fat!. I use ground turkey instead of ground beef in my sloppy joes and spaghetti sauces, etc!., low fat yogurt and cheeses, and the only desserts I'll eat are diet Jello with low-fat Cool Whip or dairy topping or strawberry short cake with same!.
Everything in moderation, combined with exercise a few days a week, and you'll lose weight!. I went down from 182 to 136 with this method!. It works!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Meat - Chicken breast (skinless), lean beef
Fruits - all sorts but mostly Oranges, Apples, Bananas
Veggies - Broccoli (I eat a lot), lettuce, spinich!.!.etc!.!.
Dairy - Low fat yogurt, 2% milk

Off course I eat other things thruout the week!.!.but from the above list more often!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i eat all kinds of healthy food!. i eat all kinds of junk food too!. i eat alot!. more than normal!. one of the blessings of a high metabolism:)
