Need answer quickly....?!


Question: Need answer quickly!.!.!.!.!?
I defrosted pork boneless ribs tonight to marinate!.!.!. I noticed the flesh is so tender it was easy to tear!.!.!. so tender my finger can poke through and break the flesh!. Is this normal!? It doesn't seem so!. Should I discard the meat!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

boneless pork ribs are usually pretty pliable!.!.!.!.look at the color and smell them!.!.!.if the color is off (not red/dark pink) or the smell has any sourness or tartness to it, i would recommend tossing them!. If you are unsure, and it seems really strange, don't chance it with meat!.!.!.just find something else to cook!. It's not worth salmonella poisining!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It seems strange, but if you havnt had it in the freezer for too long, and just pulled it out tonight, It should be fine!. Just make sure to fully cook it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When you were defrosting it did you cover it!? If not throw it away!. but i guess it's okay that it's soft since you derfosted it OVERNIGHT :) !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just cook it, it doesn't matter, If you just defrosted it and it's fresh it should turn out fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
