What kind of fruit can I add to make my smoothies thicker?!


Question: What kind of fruit can I add to make my smoothies thicker!?
I know I could add ice but then it waters down the smoothie so I have to pile on the sugar and I really want to avoid that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

use juice to start with, or milk, or soy milk then add fruit like berries, mangos, bananas are a good thickener, peaches, pears, melon, you could add a scoop of ice milk or sherbert to make it thicker too, and it wont add much caloriesWww@FoodAQ@Com
