Why in hell is my bread getting moldy???!
So I've been buying Sara Lee wheat bread because I've been avoiding high fructose corn syrup and Sara Lee is the only bread I've found that doesn't have it in it!. Well I noticed that it keeps getting moldy faster and faster and it's pissing me off! At first it was like after a week or so, and now it's been three days and it's already moldy!. I keep it tightly sealed and everything I think!.
Can anyone tell me what's going on!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

heat and moisture make bread mold very fast the fresher it is and the less preservatives that it has added to it the dough the faster it will mold or stale!. are you checking the sell by dates on the bread and making extra sure that it is fresh when you get it !? put it in a cool dark place such as the refrigerator !. i hope this helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com
1st of all where do you store it!? Mold will grow on almost everything!. warm dark places, like a bread box is the worst place you can keep food!. if you keep bread in the refrigerator it will last longer!. i keep my bread in the fridge, if i want it to be at room temp, i pull it out of the fridge for a few mins!. before i eat it!. best place to store it if you don't eat it fast is the freezer!. going to make a sandwich!? take out your 2 slices lay them on a paper towel, in just a few min's!. it will be thawed out!. also summer time or if you have an extremely warm house, your bread products will mold faster than they do in the winter time!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The heat and humidity during the summer (especially in the kitchen) causes some of the ingredients in baked goods and other things to spoil faster so it's a good idea to keep it in the fridge after a day or two before it starts to turn!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If it's warm where you live, don't keep it out on the counter or in a drawer, use the fridge!. The yeast in the bread causes it to mold easily in the heat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Keep it sealed in the bag in the fridge!!! It totally works!. If you need to soften it up when you use it, put it in the microwave for 5 to 9 secondsWww@FoodAQ@Com
Keep it in the freezer!. I'm not familiar with Sara Lee wheat bread!.!.!.!.!.!.never bought it, but some breads w/o alot of preservatives and junk in it, will spoil faster!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
